Cattery Services in Lancashire

Due to the Defra regulations and the insistence of Preston City Council after 45 years that the Cattery has been in operation it has been deemed that the cat units are not of sufficient size. All the cat units will now be made into double units thereby reducing the number of units to 20.

Each cat unit has its own external covered run which also houses the litter tray.

We supply plastic beds and include vet bedding and blankets for comfort, we do prefer that owners refrain from bringing their own bedding.

Most brands of wet and dry food is stocked, if a specialised diet is needed please bring it along.

Cost to administer general oral medication given FOC providing it can be given within normal working hours, however more complexed ie timed injections will encounter additional charge this is to be discussed on arrival.

Heating & Air Conditioning

The Cattery block is heated in the winter months by the latest heat pump system keeping the temperature at the required level as stipulated by the DEFRA regulations. In the summer months the same units produce air-conditioning to keep the area cool.
